ÖH ServiceCenter

Direct support. Quick solutions.

The ServiceCenter is the central point of contact for all matters concerning the services offered by the ÖH at the University of Klagenfurt/Celovec. We act as an interface between students and student representatives and work closely with the Ombudsman’s Office.

For most questions about our services, we can help you directly in the ServiceCenter. In the case of trickier or more specific problems, we can refer you to competent offices within the ÖH, at authorities or at the university.

In addition to advice and information, the ServiceCenter offers you many other useful services (see below), which you can use free of charge as a member of the ÖH.

Printing and binding service

With the printing and binding service you can have your thesis professionally printed and bound for delivery at your university or for you and your loved ones.

In order to process your order, we need your work as a PDF and the completed order form. You can either bring us your work in person on a USB stick or send it by email. During the semester, you can pick up your finished work at the ServiceCenter or we will send it to you by post (shipping from 4€ upwards). During the holidays (processing time up to 14 days) it is not possible to pick up at the ServiceCenter, but you can pick up the work from the doorman or it will be delivered to you by post. You will receive the invoice by e-mail.

Counselling

Whether you need general information about studying at the University of Klagenfurt or about the individual services provided by the ÖH – we are happy to answer all your questions.

ÖH Social Fund

Suddenly increased housing costs, expenses for medical treatment or other financial emergencies – we support you in precarious living situations.

Rental service

Laptop, bike, batteries, tool cases, calculators, flipchart pens, picnic blanket and more – whatever you need, you’ll find it with us.

Plagiarism Check

Do you want to hand over your work (Bakk, Master, Diss) without worry? No problem! Just send us your work by e-mail, we will carry out a plagiarism check and send you the result.

ÖH Food Card Mensa-Bonus

With the ÖH Food Card you get 10% off your consumption at selected restaurants around the campus (max. 5 vouchers per week). For every meal in the Mensa, you save 1€.

Script service

From us you can buy scripts for individual courses, which complement your own notes and facilitate the understanding of the subject matter. For efficient exam preparation.

Cultural Pass

Concert, theatre performance or exhibition – the Kulturpass offers you plenty of cultural variety. In 64 Carinthian cultural establishments you will receive discounts or free admission.

Ticket service sale

As a student of the University of Klagenfurt, you can enjoy discounted prices for uniparties and other events at and outside the university. Enjoy entertainment without straining your budget.

Black board

Your plattform for jobs, internships, housing and more. On the physical “black board” you can search specifically for relevant offers or publish your request yourself.
