Do you like to think across disciplines and want to keep all your options open for a master’s degree? Then shape your future yourself with the interdisciplinary Bachelor of Liberal Arts!

During your studies, you will acquire knowledge and methods from various disciplines: from social, cultural and educational sciences to economics, law and technology. You will connect theories and perspectives, analyse complex interrelationships and develop solutions to current challenges. In this way, you will actively shape social change.

After an orientation phase, you will choose one of four majors: Sustainability & Governance, Societies in Global Change, Culture(s) & Diversity, or Digitalisation & Technology, and tailor your studies to your interests.

After graduation, you will be able to communicate confidently across disciplines, think in a networked way, and work in an interdisciplinary manner. You will be well prepared to pursue a master’s degree or start a career in a variety of fields, such as education, social services, the environment, or culture.
